I WANT TO MAKE A FUCKTON OF MONEY WITHOUT FUCKING PEOPLE OVER.

I want wealth for us all. 

I want beautiful homes, extraordinary food, first class flights, an incredible team, art, adventures, freedom, land, resources and the ability to fund ideas that make this Earth more beautiful.

I'm not interested in pretending money isn't important.

Money is part of consciousness.

It reveals things.

It amplifies things.

It gives us choices.

It gives our missions resources.

It allows us to employ people, support families, protect land, fund art, build communities, create experiences and turn ideas into physical reality.

I don't want less money.

I want to become someone capable of stewarding a lot of it consciously.

And this has actually been one of the biggest inquiries of my life over the last few years.

Because I know how to sell.

Really well.

I received an extraordinary amount of sales training during my years at Apple and Oracle, learning from some of the best salespeople and sales organizations in the world.

I learned persuasion.

Positioning.

Negotiation.

Objection handling.

Creating urgency.

Closing.

Understanding what somebody wants and knowing exactly how to communicate in a way that moves them toward a decision.

And then I left that world.

And I started questioning everything.

Because learning powerful sales techniques is a little bit like being handed a loaded weapon.

Once you understand how powerful it is, you also understand the responsibility of where you point it.

And I became incredibly conscious of where I was willing to point mine.

That's part of why you haven't seen me constantly launching courses, pushing coaching packages, filling funnels or turning every piece of content I create into an offer.

Not because I don't know how.

Because I've been deeply investigating:

How do I sell without manipulating?

How do I become extraordinarily wealthy without exploiting insecurity?

How do I communicate the value of something powerfully without convincing somebody they need something they don't?

How do I build businesses that expand my soul instead of requiring me to abandon pieces of it?

How do I create wealth in a way where the process of creating it actually makes the world better?

Because I cringe at so much of what has become normalized in marketing.

Manufactured scarcity.

Fake countdown timers.

Creating insecurity and then selling people the cure.

Exaggerated outcomes.

“Only three spots left” when there are twenty.

Making people afraid they'll be left behind.

Turning human vulnerability into conversion data.

And perhaps most insidiously, building businesses that make incredible amounts of money while doing absolutely nothing to grow the soul of the person building them or leave this planet better than they found it.

I don't believe business has to work that way.

And I don't believe the alternative is rejecting capitalism, money, sales or ambition.

I think the opportunity is to evolve them.

There is nothing inherently unconscious about selling.

Selling can be service.

Marketing can be storytelling.

Money can be gratitude made tangible.

Profit can become fuel for a mission.

And receiving abundantly for creating extraordinary value does not make someone less conscious.

So these are some of the principles I've been sitting with for conscious business:

Never manufacture urgency.

Never exaggerate an outcome.

Never convince someone who doesn't want it.

Never intentionally make someone feel inadequate so you can sell them the solution.

Never sacrifice long term trust for short term revenue.

Never sell something you wouldn't enthusiastically recommend to someone you love.

Never make money from something you secretly know creates more harm than good.

Never let revenue become more important than the human being standing in front of you.

And perhaps most importantly, don't only ask:

“How much money can this make?”

Ask:

“Who will I become by building this?”

“Who will the people we serve become by participating in it?”

“What does this business leave behind?”

Because I don't want to build businesses that simply extract more money from the existing world.

I want to build businesses that finance the world I want to live in.

I want extraordinary wealth AND extraordinary integrity.

Scale AND soul.

Profit AND purpose.

Abundance AND responsibility.

I want the people we serve to leave every interaction with our businesses feeling more powerful, not more inadequate.

I want someone to hear my offer, decide it's not for them, say no, and still leave feeling respected.

And when somebody says yes?

I want them to think:

“I received more than I paid for.”

That's conscious business to me.

And I don't think I have all the answers yet.

I think that's the exciting part.

I want to explore this with the entrepreneurs, creators, investors, artists and Earth Heroes who are asking the same questions.

People who don't want to choose between making millions and making the world better.

People who want to build extraordinary companies without sacrificing their humanity to build them.

People interested not only in how much wealth we can create, but what that wealth can create through us.

Maybe conscious business isn't about learning how to sell harder.

Maybe it's this simple:

Make extraordinary things.
Tell the truth about them.
Invite people in.
Let them choose.
Deliver more than you promised.
Use the profit to create more good.

I want to build with the humans experimenting with that.
