All purchases for events, memberships, experiences, passes, digital offerings, or related services provided by Loveverse and/or Humans I Trust Limited are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Event details, including dates, times, locations, facilitators, and programming, may be adjusted as necessary.

If an event is rescheduled, your purchase will remain valid for the new date. If an event is canceled, Loveverse and/or Humans I Trust Limited may, at their discretion, offer a transfer to a future designated event.

Purchases have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.

By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal except where required by UK law.
